How to appeal

You can pay or appeal a Parking Charge Notice, you cannot do both.

You can appeal against a Parking Charge Notice if you have evidence that it was given unfairly. Your appeal must be received by UKPA within 28 days of the issue date of your Notice to Keeper letter.
Please include all information to assist with the appeal.

You can appeal via our online form. You will receive email confirmation that we have received your appeal.

You will need:

  • The reference number on your Notice To Keeper letter
  • Your Vehicle Registration Number

Email appeals@ukparkingadministration.com and include all information to assist with the appeal, including:

  • The reason for appeal in detail, including any evidence to support your appeal
  • The reference number on your Notice To Keeper letter
  • Your Vehicle Registration Number
